How to Deposit
mmrgame offers 5 deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. Any of these methods can be used, and the process is fast and secure. Players can pick whichever option suits them best, so anyone can get started.
Regardless of which deposit method you use, the minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. This applies equally to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. Please note that the funds will only reach your account if the minimum amount is met.
Log in at mmrgame Login, go to the deposit menu, select KBZPay, and transfer the required amount to the account number shown. After the transfer, take a screenshot and upload it on the platform. Your balance will reflect the amount shortly after. Since it can be difficult to verify a deposit without a confirmation screenshot, make sure to keep it saved.
Send a photo of your transfer receipt to Customer Support via 24/7 Live Chat. The support team is always available in Burmese and will get back to you quickly. Take a screenshot in advance, as having the transfer photo is what allows the team to investigate as fast as possible.

Accumulator Bet (Acca) is a system where you combine the results of 2 or more matches into a single bet. Every match must be correct for you to win, which means the combined odds are higher when you do. If even one match loses, the entire accumulator loses — so choose your matches carefully.
Asian Handicap is a system that levels the playing field between two unevenly matched teams by giving a goal advantage expressed as a fraction. For example, if Team A is given -0.5, Team A must win by at least 1 goal for the bet to be correct. Keep in mind that higher odds come with lower intermediate payouts when placing your bets.

Your username can only contain Latin letters and numbers and must be at least 6 characters long, with no spaces. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and should combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. We recommend changing your password regularly.
To update your personal information, log in at mmrgame Login and go to Profile Settings. Some changes may require additional KYC verification. Incorrect details can cause issues when withdrawing funds, so make sure your information matches what you registered with.
On the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and reset it using your registered phone number or email. Yes. Every player is allowed one account per person only. Accounts sharing the same IP address, device ID, or bank account will be checked, and duplicate accounts may be closed with the remaining balance forfeited. This rule applies to everyone to ensure fair play.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying account ownership using a player's national ID (NRC) or passport. KYC is required to prevent financial fraud and protect players' funds, and it also helps withdrawals go through smoothly.
You must upload a digital photo (front and back) of either a Myanmar national ID (NRC) or a passport. The photo must be clear and all details must be readable. A selfie photo may also be requested as an additional step.
When a submission is rejected, Support will contact you with the reason via email or Live Chat. If the photo is blurry or the document is incomplete, re-upload a clear image and the review will be done again. If you are rejected twice in a row, contacting Support directly is the fastest way to resolve it.
This is an important requirement to keep your funds secure. The name on your mmrgame account and the name on the bank account or mobile wallet used for transfers must match exactly. Any mismatch may block your withdrawal and extend the review time.
