These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") who uses the mmrgame platform and its related services ("Services") and mmrgame.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and personally agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not continue using the platform.
mmrgame reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be announced on the platform, and continuing to use the platform after an announcement means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use the services. No one under 21 is permitted to use this platform. mmrgame may request age verification, and if you register with incorrect information, your account may be closed.
Personal Responsibility
Each user is personally responsible for their gaming activity, financial management, and account security. You must use your account yourself only and must not share your login details with anyone else.
One Account Per Person Policy
Each user may open only one mmrgame account per national registration card (NRC). Creating duplicate accounts using the same phone number, bank account, or IP address is a violation of this policy, and the relevant account(s) will be closed.
Account Registration and Management
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. mmrgame may close accounts registered with false information without prior notice, and any remaining balance in such accounts will not be returned.
Account Security
Keep your login password short, strong, and secure. If you find that someone without authorisation has accessed your account, notify mmrgame immediately and change your password. mmrgame is not responsible for any losses caused by third-party access.
Account Suspension or Closure
mmrgame may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.
- If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
- If financial fraud or money laundering is suspected
- If software exploitation, bots, or any method of illegally predicting game outcomes is used
- If a self-closure request is made

Deposit Policy
- Deposits are accepted through KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer only.
- The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.
- Deposits made under a third-party name rather than your own are not allowed.
- Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account, you can start playing immediately.
Withdrawal Policy
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
- The estimated withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered at the time of account creation.
- Withdrawals are only permitted after all wagering requirements related to bonuses have been met.
- Withdrawals from suspended accounts are blocked.
Bonuses and Rewards
Welcome Bonus
mmrgame offers a 100% welcome bonus for first-time depositors. You can receive up to 300,000 Ks in bonus funds. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount first.

- Bonus — 20,000 Ks
- Total Balance — 40,000 Ks
- Wagering Requirement — 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
Example 2
- Deposit — 620,000 Ks
- Bonus — 300,000 Ks
- Total Balance — 920,000 Ks
- Wagering Requirement — 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks
Bonus Restrictions
- Withdrawals using bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement is fully met.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per person.
- A bonus cannot be claimed across more than one account opened by the same person.
- mmrgame may modify or cancel bonus offers with or without prior notice.
Other Bonuses
- Cashback — Available weekly based on your VIP level.
- Refer a Friend Bonus — Earn 8% of your referred friend's first deposit (up to 10,000 Ks), plus a weekly commission of 0.2% on their valid wagers.
- Each individual bonus may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in the announcement.
General Game Rules
Fair Play
All games offered on mmrgame run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, designed to ensure no side has any advantage.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute over a game result, only mmrgame's server records will be treated as the official reference, and mmrgame's decision is final.
Game Interruptions
If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, connection loss, or server issue, mmrgame will resolve the matter based on the server records.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mmrgame —
- Opening more than one account or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
- Using game bots, scripts, or any automated technology
- Money laundering activities
- Exploiting any platform vulnerabilities by any means
- Carrying out any type of attack that could harm the server or network
If a breach of this policy is detected, the remaining balance in that account will not be returned and action will be taken.
VIP Level Rewards
Bronze
At Bronze level, you can earn up to 0.5% weekly cashback. Based on your play history and activity volume, you can advance from Bronze to Silver.
Silver
At Silver level, you can earn up to 1.0% weekly cashback. A stronger play record can move you from Silver to Gold.
Gold
Once you reach Gold level, you can earn up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Gold is mmrgame's highest VIP level, where you also get better welcome rewards.
General VIP Level Terms
- VIP Cashback is calculated once a week. There may be a gap between the announcement date and when the amount is credited.
- Cashback is calculated based on your valid bet amount.
- mmrgame may update VIP level requirements with prior notice.
Personal Data Protection
Data Storage
Personal information provided at registration is stored by mmrgame on SSL-encrypted servers. This information is handled solely for the purpose of providing services and verifying your account.
Data Sharing

Limitation of Liability
mmrgame provides its services on an "as-is" basis and takes no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or external causes beyond our control.

Server Issues

Force Majeure
mmrgame cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by war, natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks, or other events beyond our control.
Legal General Terms
Language
The official language of these terms is Burmese. Any translation is for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Burmese version shall prevail.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part alone will be removed, and the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
